(EAP)

Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is the EAP C.H.I.
Overhead Doors makes available to help associates
and their families ind solutions and resources to
tackle life’s challenges.

EAP specialists will conidentially discuss challenges
you and your family may be facing and provide you
with consultation, information, action plans, and
resources within your community:

z Work life services

z Adoption
z Childcare, adult, and eldercare

z Children/adults with special needs
z College/university inancial aid

z Counseling services

z Marital or relationship diiculties
z Stress management

z Troubled children or adolescents
z Parenting issues

z Alcohol and drug use
z Legal and inancial consultation

Counselors will consult with you over the phone or
in person for up to 8 sessions per issue, per year, of
face-to-face counseling. Help is available 24 hours
a day at 217.258.4040 or 217.348.4040. There are
strict standards in place to protect your privacy.
