HealthAdvocate’s Get Started Guide describes
the complete menu of services and how to use
them. The guide can be obtained from the Human
Resources department. You will also receive several
wallet cards with the HealthAdvocate toll-free
number printed on each card.
Whenever you or an eligible family member
encounters a healthcare or insurance-related
issue, all you have to do is call HealthAdvocate at
866.695.8622 (toll-free) for assistance.
When you call HealthAdvocate they may ask you
to complete a medical information release form.
All of your personal information will be kept strictly
conidential by HealthAdvocate and your privacy will
