Additional Benefits
EAP
Our employee assistance program (EAP) is a work-based program which offers
free and conidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up
services to our employees who have personal and/or work-related problems. Our
EAP provides access to trained professionals in individual, marriage, and family
counseling, as well as employee assistance. There are a broad range of services
available, including but not limited to the examples listed here.
X Marital or family counseling X Financial counseling
X Parental guidance X Emotional or mental health assistance
X Child and/or senior care X Alcohol or drug abuse
X Legal consultation X Stress
You can call the EAP for telephonic counseling as many times as you need, and you
also have access to face-to-face sessions with a specialist. Counselors will be able to
assess your situation, recommend an action plan, and/or refer you to other resources
if necessary. All calls into the EAP program are 100% conidential. Participation is
not documented and will not be reported to Premier Performance Products.
Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay
Paid Time Off
X PTO is a beneit to all full-time active employees and accrual is based on your
initial hire date and is available after your 60-day probationary period
X Employees are allowed to carry over PTO from one year to the next and should
submit requests through the payroll system
X All PTO which has not been used will be paid out on an employee’s inal
paycheck

Holiday Pay
X Premier Performance Products observes holidays in accordance with local
shipping carriers and business needs may vary from year to year
X Employees in certain positions, locations, or divisions may have a different
holiday schedule
X Active full-time salaried and hourly employees, after reaching 60 days of
employment, will be eligible for holiday pay equal to 8 hours
