2017 BENEFITS ENROLLMENT
Accident Insurance
All full-time employees working 20 hours or more per week are eligible to
purchase accident insurance through Humana. Humana pays cash beneits
directly to you for accidental injuries. This means you will have added
inancial resources to help with expenses incurred due to an injury, to help
with ongoing living expenses, or to help with any purpose you choose.
Many employees ind the accident plan to be of value when considering
higher deductibles and medical out-of-pocket maximums.
Beneits are paid for accident-related expenses such as:
Emergency or physician treatment
Ambulance rides
Hospital coninement
Dislocations and fractures
