Busey provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through ComPsych’s GuidanceResources at no cost to
you. The EAP is a conidential assistance program to help address the personal, family, and wellness concerns
you and your dependents are facing. The service, stafed by clinical experienced clinicians, is available for
face-to-face consultations or by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The following support and
