Company Paid Life Insurance
Benefits
Basic Life Insurance (100% Company Paid)
When you are a full-time employee, the company provides term life
insurance coverage through Principal at no cost to you. In the event
of your death, our policy helps provide a inancial safety net to your
beneiciaries. Your coverage is equal to 1x your annual salary up to a
maximum of $200,000.
Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment
(AD&D) Insurance
If your death is the result of an accident or if an accident leaves you with
certain debilitating injuries, you’ll be covered under our accidental death
and dismemberment insurance for the same amount as the basic life
insurance beneit.
Designating Your Beneficiary
If you die while covered by this plan, the beneit is paid to the beneiciary
(or beneiciaries) you designate during enrollment. Please make sure your
beneiciary information is accurate. You may change your beneiciary at
any time by logging into ADP and making your change.
