Medical Network
The PAI MVP plan offer access to the First Health Provider Network.
First Health partners with over 700,000 providers in over 1.3 million
locations. When you access care inside the First Health network, you
are ensuring your charges are based on negotiated rates between your
insurance provider and your care providers. Additionally, when you access
care in-network your paperwork and claims submissions are handled by
the network, saving you time and stress.
You can ind a First Health provider in your area and in your plan’s
network by visiting www.irsthealth.com. Click on “Locate a Provider”
from the homepage and follow the instructions through the website. You
will need your beneits ID card to complete this process.
Prescription Network
Plan members have access to savings on drugs through the Caremark
Pharmacy Network, with more than 65,000 pharmacy locations
nationwide. Nearly all the chain drug stores and more than 20,000
independent pharmacies are in the Caremark network. To locate a
pharmacy, contact Caremark at 888.963.7290 or visit www.caremark.com.
