Supplemental Benefits

Brady ofers three supplemental beneit programs, administered by Voya, to help cover costs you may incur for
an accident, critical illness, and hospitalizations. While your medical plan covers many expenses, supplemental
insurance provides an added layer of inancial protection for you and your family to help pay for out of pocket
expenses in the event of an accident or illness. The plans can even help pay expenses medical insurance
doesn’t cover such as transportation or lodging costs if the unexpected happens. Beneit payments are made
as lump-sum cash deposits directly to you or your beneiciary.

You’ll be able to elect Accident, Critical Illness, and/or Hospital Indemnity Insurance when you enroll.

Critical Illness

A covered critical illness such as:
