Medical




Choosing the right health plan is probably one of the most important
decisions you can make for yourself and your family members. It is our

objective to provide an employee beneit program with a high level of
beneits, making it easy for you and your dependents to access the medical
care you need. CorePower Yoga offers two medical plan options for you
to choose from. Aside from a traditional PPO plan, you will have the
opportunity to enroll in a qualiied high deductible health plan (HDHP)
with a Health Savings Account (HSA) feature.


In addition, you will be able to earn, by completing certain wellness
activities, “seed” money for your HSA; these amounts equal $500 for
Employee only coverage and $1,000 for all other tiers. Once you enroll in

the HSA plan, you will receive $250 if in the individual tier or $500 if in
any of the other tiers. Then, by completing certain wellness activities, you
will then receive the full amount of the HSA beneit ($500 individual/
$1,000 other tiers). Please see Human Resources to learn more about the

How Does a High Deductible Plan Work?

The government has requirements for qualiied High Deductible Health
Plans which are subject to revision. A qualiied High Deductible plan has
a minimum deductible and maximum out-of-pocket limits. All beneits

must be subject to the deductible with the exception of preventive care.
