Biometric Screenings?
You must irst set up your Humana proile and take the Humana
health assessment to get your Humana go 365 Age
Your Biometric results will upload to your proile (may take a couple
of days to upload to a new account)
Sign in to your Humana proile and stroll down to the bottom of your
home page to resources on the left hand side
Click on personal health report
Stroll down to the bottom of the page to related links
Click on download my personal health report and print results
