Important Notes about Annual Enrollment Enrollment
This year’s Annual Enrollment will be a passive enrollment. This means
that your current elections will carry over to 2015. Please note that Important Health Plan

Enrolling in Your Health and Welfare Benefits
Your online resource for enrolling in your health and welfare beneits
is Workday. When you log on, you will be able to view your current
elections, change your elections, add or remove a dependent, and
change a beneiciary, if needed. You can also ind links to additional
information regarding your beneit package. Workday can be accessed
by going to https://www.myworkday.com/hussmann/login.lex.
