401(k) Retirement Plan

DAWSON 401(k) Plan will be administered by ADP Retirement Services
for 2019. The plan allows employees to contribute after 30 days of full
time employment and provides up to 3% employer match for eligible
participating employees after 1 year full time employment. Due to the
transition from Paychex to ADP, 401(k) enrollment will occur in January
2019. A summary of investment funds, pre-tax and Roth plan options will
be provided in December 2018. In addition, to assist you with investment
elections, DAWSON will schedule webinars and in-person meetings with
an investment advisor in January 2019.
