Busey associates can use our LMS to access thousands of premiere video
tutorials from facilitators who are experts in their given ields. All LinkedIn

Learning courses are broken into short videos, so associates can focus on
a key topic of interest on their schedule and from any desktop or mobile
device. The courses include resources materials, allowing associates to
reinforce new knowledge with quizzes, exercise iles, and coding practice
windows.


Educational Opportunities

Knowing that it is in the best interest of the Company to have the most
knowledgeable staff possible to serve the needs of our clients, Busey
recognizes the beneits of assisting associates with opportunities to obtain

this knowledge. Busey encourages associates to enroll in business or job-
related classes to be taken outside normal working hours through local junior,
community, or four-year colleges and universities.


If the associate and the course(s) he or she is interested in taking meet the
eligibility requirements outlined in the Educational Opportunities program
found in the Personnel Policy Manual, Busey will reimburse or pay for all or
part of the tuition/fee expenses for two courses per semester.
