Brady gives you the opportunity to purchase group auto, homeowners, and renters insurance at discount rates
through MetLife, Liberty Mutual, and Travelers insurance companies. Through this program you can expect
competitive and afordable prices from multiple carriers, as well as the convenience of paying your premiums
through automatic payment options. (Note: Payments are set up with the carrier directly and are not available
via payroll deduction). You may also receive savings and discounts, especially when you bundle policies. You
will have the opportunity to obtain quotes when you complete enrollment at Fidelity NetBeneits.
Tuition Reimbursement
Brady is committed to developing and maintaining a high performance workforce, and encourages employees
to continue to develop knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their jobs. The company ofers a Tuition
Reimbursement Program for employees who wish to further their education.
The Tuition Reimbursement Program provides inancial assistance for approved courses and continuing
education credits to support employees’ development of knowledge and skills that will be of mutual beneit to
the employee and the company.
Adoption Assistance
Brady provides up to $4,000 reimbursement for expenses related to the adoption of a child.
Employees are also eligible for two weeks paid leave for bonding and adjustment of the new family. For more
