You Need to Take Action!
While most of your beneit elections will carry over for 2021, you must log in to enroll in the new supplemental
beneit programs and elect or update Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA)
contributions as well as Vacation Purchase. If you would like to waive beneits, you should log in to the Fidelity
NetBeneits site, designate beneiciaries where applicable and decline the remaining beneits.
All new hires and newly beneit-eligible employees must enroll within 31 calendar days of date of hire or the
date they become beneit eligible. To enroll, go to Fidelity NetBeneits at www.NetBeneits.com.
