Reminder! Over-the-Counter (OTC) medications are not eligible Healthcare FSA
expenses. Check with your FSA vendor for any exceptions to this rule, such as a
prescription being written for an OTC medication.
Account Use For Contribution
Most medical, dental, and vision care expenses not
Healthcare covered under the plan (i.e. copays, deductibles, $100 annual minimum
$1,000 annual
FSA orthodontia expenses, Lasik surgery, and prescription maximum
eyewear)
Dependent care expenses (i.e. daycare, after school $100 annual minimum
Dependent programs for children under age 13, or elder care $5,000 annual
care FSA programs) so you and your spouse can work or maximum
attend school full-time.*
* Tax ID or Social Security number of care giver is required for eligible charges.
