HooPayz. These services are available for all eligible associates and their
dependents. HooPayz works to protect you and your family inancially by
helping you use your health insurance correctly, so you don’t pay more
than you should for healthcare services.
HooPayz offers a personal advisor to help with your health beneit
literacy and work to lower your stress so you have the conidence to care
for yourself and your family. A HooPayz advisor will help your family
inancially by offering the following services.
Find competitive health prices (for non-emergency procedures)
Research lower cost options which work for you and your family by
comparing prices between high quality providers on your behalf
Claims assistance and billing issues
Advisors will assist with your explanation of beneits and ensure
your beneits are applied correctly
HooPayz will help you with balance billing, out-of-network fees,
and appeals with providers
Medical bill dispute and negotiation
Your HooPayz personal advisor will contact the provider on your
behalf about any disputed amount you owe or billing error concerns
HooPayz will negotiate discounts and payment options with
providers
HooPayz provides absolute conidentiality. Your employer will not have
access to your personal information unless you ask for coordination. To
