ACCIDENT INSURANCE
While you don't know when an accident will happen, you can be prepared for it. An accident plan through
Voya Financial can help you manage unexpected costs.
Accident Insurance pays you benefits for specific injuries and events resulting from a covered accident that
occurs while you are not at work. The benefit amount depends on the type of injury and care received.
You have a choice of two comprehensive plans (low or high) which provide
payment for more than 150 events. Below are just some of them.
Covered Accidents Covered Medical

Fractures Ambulance (ground and air)
Concussions Emergency care
Dislocations Non-emergency care
Cuts/lacerations Physician follow-up
Second and third Therapy services (including
degree burns physical therapy)
Eye injuries Medical testing benefit (including
Coma x-rays, MRIs, and CT scans)
Torn knee cartilage Inpatient surgery
Wellness Benefit
The Wellness Benefit is a rider that is included with your Accident Insurance
coverage. It provides an annual benefit payment if you complete a health
screening test on or after your coverage effective date. You will receive:
$50 for yourself
$50 for your spouse
$25 per child, up to a maximum of $100 per year for all children
