TeleMed Program
Anthem offers a convenient TeleMed program allowing you to receive
medical advice through live video. Doctors are US board certiied and
accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week for $49 per visit (subject
to deductible and coinsurance).
Common uses of this program include:
X Cold and lu symptoms
X Allergies
X Sinus infection
X Family health questions
Prescription Drugs
There are no changes to your prescription drug coverage in 2016.
Prescription drugs are not subject to a copay and are subject to the
annual deductible. To conirm if your prescription is a formulary drug
covered by our tiered copay structure, please visit the member site or
call the number on the back of your ID card to conirm.
Home Delivery
With home delivery, you don’t have to worry about running out
of medicine. That’s because the pharmacy will let you know when
it’s time to order reills. You can easily order by phone, mail, or
online. To set this up, you will need to log on to the member site,
www.anthem.com, select prescription drug beneits, additional
pharmacy services, and click on forms.
