EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)

New for 2020, Busey will provide an upgraded Employee Assistance
Program (EAP) through ComPsych’s GuidanceResources brand. at no
cost to you. EAP is a conidential assistance program to help address

the personal, family, and wellness concerns you and your dependents are
facing. The service, staffed by clinical experienced clinicians, is available
for face-to-face consultations or by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. Conidential counseling is available for a variety of issues including
the following.

„ Conidential counseling is available for depression, stress, family
conlicts, substance abuse, grief, and more.

„ FamilySource for family and personal convenience services including
education, adoption, general health and wellness and more.

„ FinancialConnect including information, resources, and tools on
household budgeting, inancial planning, investments, and more.

„ LegalConnect information, coaching and guidance to address unique
challenges including divorce and family law, bankruptcy, real estate,
criminal, and civil law and more.
