2018 BENEFITS ENROLLMENT




Busey Associates,

Our new plan year begins January 1. Our medical, dental, and vision coverage will continue through Aetna.
Aetna offers a robust national network that can service Busey associates in all of our markets.

We will continue to offer consumer-driven health plans (CDHP) in 2018. We’re pleased to let you know, for
the second time in three years, Busey associates will not see a medical premium increase! Below are several
other items of note:

ƒ Enrollment: Online enrollment will take place through Workforce Now. When you log into Workforce Now,
click on the enrollment link splash page.
ƒ Compass: We will continue to offer a no-cost, robust transparency tool to all full-time associates (not
just those on Busey’s insurance plan) as well as to Busey spouses, dependents, parents, and parents-in-
law. Compass’ simpliied approach to transparency empowers consumers to navigate the complexities
of the healthcare system with better information and smarter alternatives that save time, money, and
frustration. Compass advocates will help you understand your insurance beneits, ind a great doctor,
save money on medical care and prescriptions, and get help with medical bills.
ƒ VOYA Worksite Beneits: Accident, Hospital Indemnity, and Critical Illness plans will continue to be offered
through VOYA. You have the option to purchase the type of coverage that works best for you and
your family. These policies can provide beneits and support when unexpected events threaten your
livelihood and savings.
ƒ Health Savings Account (HSA): This tax-advantaged savings account allows you to deposit and grow
dollars toward your healthcare needs, which can quickly make it a signiicant and portable personal
inancial beneit.
ƒ B Well: This program is designed to help you make positive lifestyle changes through
exciting challenges, engagement activities, and coaching opportunities. Participants
(almost 90% of Busey associates in 2017!) earn points that can turn into quarterly
incentives—demonstrating Busey’s commitment to supporting associates to be their
healthiest and happiest.

ƒ NEW—LifeLock: In response to your many suggestions, voluntary LifeLock Beneit Elite coverage has been
added to our beneit lineup. More favorably priced than if you purchase it on your own, LifeLock will help
you and your family guard against identity theft.
Details on the selection of insurance options you have for 2018 are contained in this guide. In addition, you’ll
ind information in the guide to increase your understanding of consumer-driven health plans and health
savings accounts. We look forward to meeting all of your beneit needs in the coming year!
