Additional FSA Program Details
Our FSA program is administered through UnitedHealthcare (UHC).
Since UHC also administers our account-based medical programs, if
you enroll in one of our UHC plans and elect to participate in the FSA
program you can manage your medical and FSA claims at the same time
through myuhc.com.
If you move from the HRA plan to the HSA plan and have a balance in
your FSA, you will need to exhaust your FSA balance by 12/31/2015.
FSA $500 Rollover
All eligible expenses must be incurred by December 31 and must be
submitted to UnitedHealthcare for reimbursement by March 31, 2016.
FSA claim forms are available on the Nortek Employee Portal or at
myuhc.com. However, our FSA program includes a $500 rollover
provision. You can rollover up to $500 of unused FSA dollars into your
account to use next year. The amount you rollover is in addition to your
regular annual election. If you have funds in your FSA to rollover, you
need to open an FSA for the 2016 plan year to access those funds.
Restricted Debit Card
When you enroll in the UHC HRA and also enroll in the healthcare FSA
you will receive a restricted debit card to use for FSA eligible expenses.
