1. Health Incentive Program
Y Employees in the Reimbursement (HRA) plan or Savings (HSA)
plan can receive funding from Envision AESC for their HRA/
HSA

2. Envision AESC HSA match

Y For employees in the Savings plan who contribute funds to their
health savings account (HSA), Envision AESC will provide
matching HSA funds; please see the table below for the 2019 HSA
matching funds; and remember, contributions you make to your
HSA are made with pre-tax contributions
