To open an HSA, you’ll need the following items.
X Your Social Security number
X Your email address
X Your identiication number from another form of ID (e.g., driver’s
license, passport, etc.)
Once you have opened your account, you will receive your HSA debit
card within 7-10 days.
What if I want to roll my HSA over to Busey Bank from a
different bank?
You do not have to roll your account over; however, if you want to
move it, simply complete the HSA deposit slip and enclose a check
with the remaining balance from your prior HSA account payable to
“Busey Bank.” Busey Bank does not charge rollover fees for moving
your account. The IRS limits rollovers to once every 12 months.
