Enrollment
Enrollment Steps
1. Login to HR Self-Service (located on the left side of the On The
Level home page)
A. You may also login from home by going directly to
https://sourceselfservice2.ceridian.com/busey.
B. On the HR Self-Service home page you will see Enrollment
Notice near the top left; this message will indicate how many
days you have to complete your enrollment; click on Please
Enroll Now. If you plan to waive coverage, you must still complete the
enrollment to indicate this.
2. Update your information
A. The irst screen you will see is Tasks for Enrolling in Beneits.
B. Enter the information on the dependents you plan to cover
under ANY of the insurance plans offered, i.e. medical,
dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and life insurances (this
includes your spouse if you are covering him or her under your
insurance).
C. Conirm your marital status is correct.
D. Conirm your address/state of residence is correct.
3. Choose your beneits
A. You are now at the First Busey Corporation Flexible Beneits
Plan election screen.
B. Choose your Flexible Beneits Plan elections at this point.
C. Navigate either by clicking on the area you wish to see in the
Jump To section or by scrolling up and down.
D. Read ALL of the printed information at both the top and
bottom of the page before submitting your elections.
