Enrolling For Coverage
Choicelinx Enrollment
All employees must go online to enroll. Soon after your date of hire, you
will receive an email from Franke’s Choicelinx online enrollment system
with a link to enroll and register as instructed. Once registered, you must
make your initial new hire elections to enroll for 2016 beneits.
If you do not go online to the Choicelinx enrollment system and enroll
by your enrollment deadline, you will not have any beneits in 2016. You
will also forfeit your right to elect voluntary life insurance for yourself and
your spouse without answering any medical questions. The Choicelinx
email will include complete instructions on how to enroll.
Changes Throughout the Year
If you experience a qualifying event throughout the year, including the
birth or adoption of a child, you must log into the Choicelinx online
enrollment system and request a change within 30 days of the event.
Coverage will be effective as of the date of the qualifying event. Failure
to login and request your change within 30 days of the event will prohibit
you making a change until the next open enrollment.
After conirming your elections you will be presented with an option to
print a conirmation statement. You may print this page for your records.
Your information will be submitted to the beneits plan administrators.
You can return to the Choicelinx site at any time to review your
conirmed information.
