Employee Assistance Program
The EAP offers assistance with a variety of personal concerns, such as stress or
anxiety, work and family issues, substance abuse, depression, and elder care, etc.
Eligibility
Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams offers an EAP at no cost to you. All employees are
eligible to participate upon hire. There is no need to enroll for coverage.
How the EAP Works
This professional counseling and referral program is available 24 hours a day, seven
days a week, to you, your family members, and anyone living in your household. The
EAP includes three free face-to-face sessions.

shown below or call toll free 800.854.1446 (English) or 877.858.2147 (Spanish). All
calls are completely conidential.
