Welcome to Franke’s 2017 open enrollment. It is our pleasure to provide
your 2017 open enrollment guide. Its purpose is to acquaint you with the
various beneit plans available to employees of Franke. We hope you ind
this guide useful as you weigh your beneit options.
Franke offers a comprehensive beneits package aimed to support your
goals of good health and inancial stability.
Now is your opportunity to enroll in coverage for you and your eligible
dependents. To continue to have beneits in 2017, you must go online and
enroll by the Friday, November 18 open enrollment deadline. You will not
be able to change your beneit elections for the 2017 plan year unless you
experience a qualiied life status change. Life changing events include, but
are not limited to, marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, changes
in you or your dependents’ employment or coverage status, or death. It is
your responsibility to log in to the Cigna Beneits Technology Solutions
system within 30 days of the event. Failure to log in to the Cigna Beneits
Technology Solutions system within 30 days will prohibit your ability to
change your beneits election(s) until the next open enrollment period.
