Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a critical beneit that can help you and your family members
ind solutions and resources to tackle life’s challenges. From simple questions about quick ways to de-stress
to more diicult issues like how to cope with the loss of a loved one, our program is here to work with you
and ofer suggestions, options, and information. For Brady, the EAP is handled by the GuidanceResources
Program through ComPsych. You will have up to six face-to-face counseling sessions at no cost to you.
The conidential service is stafed by experienced clinicians and is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. Call 800.311.4327.
