or working out at a gym every day. Wellness is a proactive and
preventative approach to achieving the top levels of physical and
emotional health. That means maintaining a comfortable balance
between our work and home lives and encouraging a healthy
work environment while on the job. Wellness emphasizes the

impact on our state of health.
