Vision Beneits
GLG offers a voluntary vision care plan for you and your dependents.
The plan covers eye exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses. Services To ind a list of network
are provided through the extensive EyeMed Vision Care network providers, contact EyeMed
of optometrists, ophthalmologists, and other eyecare professionals. Vision Care at +1 866.268.4063
Receiving beneits from a network provider is as easy as making an or www.eyemedvisioncare.com
appointment with the provider of your choice from the list of EyeMed and choose the “SELECT”
Select Network providers and giving them your necessary membership network from the drop down
information. The provider will coordinate all necessary authorizations
from EyeMed Vision Care.

registered members can see. It’s the latest list of special offers for vision-related products and services, including
a mix of member discounts and extra savings that give your beneits a boost. Just go to eyemed.com, register and
you’re set to shop the savings.
MetLife Vision Discount Program
Additional vision discount program available to all GLG employees. This program could be stacked on top of the
EyeMed plan for additional discounts. Ask your eyecare provider about MetLife’s Vision Access Discount Program
to see if you are eligible for additional savings or visit www.metlife.com/insurance/vision-insurance/visionaccess/
and use program code Met2021.
