2021 Benefits Guide
401(k) Retirement Plan
DAWSON’s 401(k) Plan is administered by ADP
Retirement Services. The plan allows employees to
contribute funds on a pretax basis after 30 days of full-
time employment, after 1 year of employment DAWSON
will match your contributions up to 3% of your base pay.
DAWSON’s contributions will vest over 3 years. Provides
up to 3% over 3-year vesting.

Additional Benefits
DAWSON will reimburse employees up to $25/month
towards health and wellness activities. This may include
gym memberships or other wellness activities such
as yoga, Zumba and nutrition classes. DAWSON will
reimburse Costco and Sam's Club membership up to $60.
Dawson provides student loan repayment support and
has partnered with CommonBond. CommonBond
provides competitive rates for reinancing student loans.
