Speaking at the opening of the festival’s 10th edition, Sheikh Ammar said the

event signifies Sheikh Zayed’s vision of preserving national identity and instilling

traditional Emirati values in younger generations. The festival is being held under

the patronage of HH Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council

Member and Ruler of Ajman.

Organized by the Ajman Department of Tourism Development (ADTD), the event

runs from 30th July to 3rd August at the Emirates Hospitality Centre. It brings

together producers and participants from across the UAE, the wider GCC, and

several Arab nations.

Sheikh Ammar expressed appreciation for the unwavering support of President

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and HH Sheikh Mohammed

bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, for

national initiatives that promote the UAE’s cultural and social traditions.
