His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Department of Tourism Development (ADTD), reviewed the
newly proposed concept design for the department’s headquarters during a visit to the site. Accompanied by His Excellency Mahmood
Khaleel Alhashmi, Director General of ADTD, and a delegation of senior administrative and technical officials, Sheikh Abdulaziz was briefed
on the project’s key components and its alignment with the emirate’s broader development goals.

The review began with a detailed presentation by the architectural and planning team, who outlined the proposed building’s technical and
structural elements. The design integrates modern architectural concepts with functionality to ensure future scalability, promote a flexible work
environment, and better accommodate the evolving needs of both employees and visitors.

Sheikh Abdulaziz emphasized the project’s alignment with the Ajman Government’s vision of modernizing public infrastructure. He stated:

“This project reflects Ajman’s ongoing commitment to providing world-class government services and building future-ready institutions. It also
underlines our focus on institutional excellence, talent attraction, and the creation of innovative, sustainable work environments that can
address future challenges effectively.”

The design proposal places a strong emphasis on sustainability and smart technology. It includes energy-efficient systems, the use of natural
lighting, and architecture that minimizes environmental impact. The building’s flexible layout also supports operational efficiency and future
expansion.

His Excellency Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi highlighted the initiative’s strategic importance:

“This development affirms ADTD’s dedication to harmonizing administrative and service functions, thereby elevating service quality and
customer satisfaction. It aligns with our leadership’s vision to strengthen government infrastructure as a key driver of institutional
transformation and adaptability.”
