Dubai-listed Union Properties has unveiled a major new development in
the Motor City master plan, the Mirdad project, which will be valued at 2
billion UAE dirhams. Spanning over 356,931 square feet, the project
promises to be a landmark addition to the emirate’s real estate landscape,
with construction set to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2028.

The Mirdad development will consist of four residential towers offering a
total of 1,087 apartments. Aimed at catering to the growing demand for
high-quality living spaces in Dubai, the project has been designed with a
focus on both luxury and functionality. The strategic location within Motor
City places it at the heart of a thriving district, already home to numerous
businesses, entertainment venues, and residential communities.
