Ajman Tourism Launches ‘Ride For The Community 2025’ To Promote

Sustainability And Social Unity

In a vibrant push towards sustainability and community engagement, the Ajman Department of Tourism Development (ADTD) has officially
launched the ‘Ride for the Community 2025’ initiative in collaboration with the AWR Royal Enfield Riders Club UAE. This unique recreational
event brought together motorcycle enthusiasts from across the country to spotlight social and environmental awareness through a shared passion
for riding.

The initiative is designed to foster a culture of solidarity and environmental consciousness while encouraging healthy lifestyles and sustainable
tourism. The event reflects ADTD’s broader strategy to merge tourism with meaningful community-driven causes.

H.E. Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi, Director-General of ADTD, stated:

“This trailblazing initiative marks a key milestone in our strategic vision to promote the values of sustainability and community engagement through
recreational activities rooted within our passion for serving the community. In addition to being an engaging sports event, ‘Ride for the Community
2025’ is designed to bolster community ties while highlighting Ajman’s natural and cultural beauty.”

Participants of the ride had the opportunity to explore the diverse landscapes of Ajman—from lush farmlands and expansive valleys to serene
beaches. The scenic route also showcased some of the Emirate’s most notable attractions, including Leshan Mountain, the Ajman Museum, and
the Al Zorah Natural Reserve—one of the UAE’s most cherished ecological sites.

The event was further supported by Ajman Police and Wyndham Hotels, reinforcing the critical role of public-private partnerships in executing
high-impact community projects. These collaborations illustrate the importance of unified efforts to deliver enriching and sustainable tourism
experiences.

As part of its ongoing commitment, ADTD continues to launch innovative initiatives that not only enhance Ajman’s tourism offerings but also enrich
the lives of its residents and visitors—positioning the Emirate as a premier destination for both domestic and global travelers.
