Ajman to host 58th Asian Fitness and Bodybuilding Championship

Ajman: Ajman is set to host the 58th Asian Fitness and Bodybuilding Championship from June 15 to

17, 2025, at the Emirates Hospitality Center marking a historic first for the emirate.
The championship, under the patronage of HH Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of

Ajman, and in the presence of Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman

Department of Tourism Development, will see participation from athletes representing 23 Asian
nations. The event stands as a key milestone in Ajman’s sporting calendar and reinforces its rising

profile as a destination for international events.

Preceding the championship, Ajman will also host the Asian Bodybuilding Federation’s Annual
Congress on June 14. The Congress will bring together key decision-makers, elite athletes, and officials

from national and international federations to discuss strategic plans for the advancement of

bodybuilding on both regional and global levels.
The Ajman Department of Tourism Development will lead the official opening ceremony, attended by

dignitaries, sports officials, media representatives, and members of the public. The program will include

the formal unveiling of the event’s logo and official mascot ‘Mayed,’ which was recently launched at
the Arabian Travel Market, alongside traditional performances celebrating Emirati culture and heritage.
