Summary of cash flow

Salik generated free cash flow of AED 1,054.7 million in the nine-month
period, up 1.3% YoY, with a free cash flow margin of 64.3%. Free cash flow

reached AED 370.3 million in the third quarter, up 3.2% year-on-year, with
a free cash flow margin of 67.8%. The free cash flow margin declined by

c.310basis points versus the prior year in the nine-month period, and c.270
basis points versus Q3 2023, primarily due to an increase in intangible

assets related to the parking management solution.
