evening (4pm to 8pm) peak hours. During off-peak hours (10am to 4pm
and 8pm to 10pm), parking fees will remain the same. Parking will be free
from 10pm to 8am and all day on Sundays.
A new Congestion Pricing Policy will also be implemented for event zones,
charging Dh25 ($6.81) per hour for public parking near event areas, starting
in February 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The RTA forecasts the new pricing model could generate an additional
AED60mn to AED110mn ($ 16.3mn to $30mn) annually.
