The agreement was signed in the presence of Brigadier General Dr Ahmed Saeed Al Naour, Director General of Operations and Security Support at Sharjah Police, and Ali Mousa,
Senior Director of the Commercial Sector at Emirates Post – EMX, alongside several officials from both entities.

Brigadier Al Naour highlighted that the collaboration underscores Sharjah Police’s commitment to developing smart, customer-centric services
in line with the UAE government’s vision of effective and sustainable service delivery.

He noted that the initiative would reduce the need for physical visits to service centres.
