Gulf markets mixed in early trade;
U.S inflation data in focus

June 24 (Reuters) - Stock markets in the Gulf put a mixed performance in early trading
on Monday, as investors awaited a key U.S. inflation reading and comments from the
Federal Reserve officials this week.
Dubai's benchmark stock index (.DFMGI), opens new tab retreated from the previous
session's gains and slipped 0.5%, with most sectors in the red. The blue-chip developer
Emaar Properties (EMAR.DU), opens new tab dropped 1.5% and Dubai Islamic
Bank (DISB.DU), opens new tab slid 1%.
The Abu Dhabi benchmark index (.FTFADGI), opens new tab fell marginally, with
Emirate's largest developer Aldar Properties (ALDAR.AD), opens new tab losing 1.3%
while Multiply Group (MULTIPLY.AD), opens new tab and Alef
Education (ALEFEDT.AD), opens new tab gained 2.1% and 4.3%, respectively.
