collaborations with representatives from the tourism sector of Kazakhstan,

Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan, with a focus on attracting more tourists to the emirate

of Ajman.

The promotional tour will cover Almaty, Tashkent and Baku. The Department

seeks to showcase Ajman’s latest tourist destinations as well as new projects,

elevating the Emirate’s position as a global tourist destination.

Ajman is currently witnessing a significant surge in tourists from the CIS

countries, with 12 percent increase in visitors and 12 percent growth in nightly

accommodations. Hotel occupancy has increased by 3 percent, along with a 5

percent increase in room revenues compared to the last year. This highlights the

emirate’s emerging status as a tourist destination.
