The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai (SLC) has released the

second edition of the ‘Arabic Coffee’ e-booklet, coinciding with Reading Month, a
prominent national event that aims to promote reading culture and enrich intellectual and

cultural horizons.
