services office. It presents a holistic, future-oriented model of student development, marrying academic
experience with real-world readiness since day one to post-graduation life.

Derived from the Arabic word رﺎﺴﻣ (masar), which means the path, Masar Career Excellence has been created
to walk alongside students and alumni at all points of their academic and professional journeys. From initial

career direction and skill-building to extended mentoring, employer interaction, and alumni networking,
Masar provides a comprehensive and integrated experience that enables students to map their dreams against

              actual career possibilities.

Speaking about this revolutionary venture, Dr. Karim Seghir, Chancellor of Ajman University, said "Masar

reflects Ajman University's commitment that, in order to prepare the future, more than excellence in education
is needed. It needs an environment in which purpose, reflection, and engagement with the world outside are
inseparable from the academic experience. With this model, we seek to graduate not only competent

professionals, but also responsible leaders who have a profound commitment to society".

The launch of Masar is a significant step in Ajman University's overall strategy to integrate career
development into the core of the learning experience. The university has gained international recognition by
making such a commitment. In the QS World University Rankings 2026, Ajman University is placed #3

among the UAE's employer reputation, which testifies to the institution's continued commitment to graduating
              employable graduates.
