               professionals of the Dubai Government. Additionally, it offers learning and development
               opportunities for wider categories, including recent graduates, job seekers, and
               seasoned professionals looking to enrich their digital expertise and remain abreast of
               evolving demands. The initiative is also designed for talented innovators across diverse
               fields, suitable for those aspiring to advance their career prospects while staying ahead
               of changes in both local and global job markets.

               The ‘FutureSkills4All’ initiative includes a diverse selection of courses that span a broad
               spectrum of skills. These include transferable skills like personal development, essential
               digital skills, job readiness, skills for new graduates, and English language proficiency,
               as well as skills in public entrepreneurship, community entrepreneurship, and
               technological entrepreneurship. Additionally, the initiative offers technical skills in areas
               like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning, along with a range of practical skills
               in customer service, data science, finance and financial technology, project and product
               management, marketing, and sales.

               The collaboration between DGHR and MBRF, the two prominent entities involved in
               human capital development as catalysts of creativity and innovation, is a significant
