Saudi Arabia’s vision for a greener future
The collaboration will roll out in phases, starting with implementing Aramex Bot
deliveries in select areas such as Baylasan and Marina.
These automated deliveries are set to introduce diverse technologies, significantly
enhancing convenience, reducing costs, and promoting sustainability.
The Bots, powered entirely by electricity, are a landmark step towards green logistics,
optimising delivery routes and minimising carbon emissions effectively.
Mansour Al-Salem expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting its
alignment with the Saudi Vision 2030 objectives of sustainability and innovation.
He stated, “This strategic alliance with Aramex marks a significant step towards
advancing green logistics within KAEC and exemplifies our commitment to
sustainability.”

The partnership is expected to yield multiple benefits through multi-compartment,
zero-emission delivery robots, including increased logistical efficiency and
environmental preservation.
Echoing the commitment to sustainability, Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Nowaiser, General
Manager of Aramex, emphasised the company’s dedication to eco-friendly solutions.
He noted, “Our partnership with EEC is pivotal in driving sustainable logistics solutions
within KAEC, supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to transform the logistics sector.”
Aramex aims to leverage its innovative capabilities to enhance KAEC’s logistics services
and contribute significantly to the country’s sustainable development goals.
