MBRGI, Sobha Realty sign charitable grant agreement to establish Dh400 million endowment university in Dubai

DUBAI (ALETIHAD)

In the presence of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and
Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) and H.H.

Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and
Minister of Finance of the UAE, MBRGI and Sobha Realty signed a charitable grant agreement for the establishment
of an endowment university in Dubai.

H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, also attended the signing
of the agreement.

The agreement forms part of the Mothers’ Endowment campaign, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin
