a spectacular 3D Anamorphic OOH advertisement via the screen above Roxy Cinema
in The Beach, JBR, Dubai.

The display, which is designed to reflect the developer's commitment towards
innovation and redefinition of industry standards, is a first of its kind to showcase Sobha
Realty’s brand essence ‘Art of the Detail’ in a novel and immersive fashion. This is also
a first for a real estate brand in terms of the innovative advertising approach.
