sales for “Ajwan” at ACRES

Sharjah24 : Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq)

is gearing up for its participation in the upcoming Sharjah Real Estate
Exhibition (ACRES) 2024 where they will reveal prices for their
anticipated ‘Ajwan’ - a luxurious residential project in Khorfakkan.

Scheduled to take place at the Expo Centre Sharjah, Hall 2, from
January 17th to 20th, Shurooq will also be revealing their luxurious
‘Aysha Residence’ development on Maryam Island, a joint venture
between “Shurooq” and “Eagle Hills Sharjah” as well as the limited

availability of their Phase 4 for ‘Sharjah Sustainable City, a strategic
partnership between “Shurooq” and Diamond Developers which is
almost sold out.
