Al Ansari Financial Services PJSC (DFM:ALANSARI) signed a letter of intent to

acquire BFC Group Holdings W.L.L on July 29, 2024. Al Ansari Financial Services

has secured BHD 74.92 million to finance this acquisition.

The transaction is subject to approval by regulatory board / committee and approval
of offer by Al Ansari Financial Services' board. The deal has been approved by the

board.
